New York has hundreds of halal restaurants. It has very few halal steakhouses. Affy’s has been the one since 2008 — hand-cut zabiha halal steaks, BBQ beef back ribs and sizzling fajita skillets, in two full dining rooms built for long dinners.

Our Brooklyn dining room sits on Coney Island Avenue in Midwood, pulling from all of southern Brooklyn. Our Queens dining room sits on Grand Avenue in Maspeth, a straight run from Manhattan through the Queens–Midtown Tunnel and minutes from Astoria, Ridgewood, Elmhurst and Woodside. No alcohol is served at either.

Yes. Every cut of meat we serve is 100% zabiha halal, at all of our locations. All of our meat and products are sourced from certified zabiha halal vendors, and no alcohol is served in our restaurants.
